I got my CS4 Web student version for $399 as opposed to $1700 for the regular version. If you're a student you have to check out adobe.com

If you are a student Adobe has popular software in student versions for 80% less than full price. Creative Suite Web, Illustrator, Photoshop

Trying to qualify for student rates to buy software from Adobe.
